On 8 November 2010, Olin College of Engineering signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) calling for faculty collaboration between the two schools for the purpose of designing new and innovative engineering curricula and teaching methods.  The press release may be read in its entirety here.

Illinois signed it’s MOU with Olin in September 2008, and from the original agreement, Olin and Illinois have most recently developed a student exchange agreement effective Spring 2011.  Read more about the Olin-Illinois Partnership (OIP) here and  the OIP MOU here.
