3Space
3Space Studios is the digital media arm of the iFoundry initiative. Using video, audio, powerpoint, and digital images, 3Space Studios gestures at content areas and topics that are currently underrepresented in the education of today’s engineers. 3Space consists of ThingSpace, ThinkSpace, and FolkSpace to capture the idea that engineers are (1) fundamentally in the business of creating, designing, maintaining, and enhancing artifacts as products, processes, and systems (ThingSpace) through (2) the use of engineering creativity and reasoning (ThinkSpace), and that engineering is (3) an activity conducted by and for people (FolkSpace).
